We prefer to become a long term business partner with our clients, based of a monthly retainer. However, we will do a a specific tasks like preparing a business plan or marketing plan, or developing a Web page and other efforts on a fixed price basis.

We will work with you on a short term basis to prove our worth. Short term can be as little as 30 days and long term is defined as an annual contract.

Our retainer fees are based on and hourly rate of $150.00. Hours can be allocated over a 30 day period. Out-of-Town expenses, as required, are paid by the client. Local expenses can be part of the retainer or keep separate and itemized.

Contracts can range from as little as one day, to an annual contract. We will consider a contract with a combination of a retainer and a success fee.

We are flexible with our fees because every situation is different. We trust this gives you a sense of our pricing structure. Our fees are significantly lower than other similar consultants in the Washington, DC Metro area. Why? Because we are small successful group with low overhead costs. We work for you to succeed.
